Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clientora platform ("Clientora", the "Service"). Clientora is operated by Ideal Dev SH.P.K., a company registered in the Republic of Kosovo (business number 812388933), with its registered office at 2 Nëntori, Prishtinë, Kosovo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The service
Clientora lets a business connect its messaging channels (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber) so that an AI assistant can automatically reply to that business's customers, using knowledge the business provides. Access to social channels is provided through each platform's official APIs and only with the permissions you grant.
Accounts & approval
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. New workspaces are reviewed and approved before activation. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- You may use Clientora only for lawful business communication with your own customers.
- You must comply with the terms and policies of any channel you connect (including Meta's Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business and Messaging policies).
- You must not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to process data you have no right to process.
- You are responsible for the knowledge content you add and for obtaining any consents required to message your customers.
Your content & data
You retain ownership of the knowledge content and customer data you bring to the Service. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data — see our Data Deletion instructions.
AI-generated replies
Replies are generated by AI based on the knowledge you provide. While the assistant is designed to stay within your content and to defer sensitive actions (such as bookings and payments) to a human, you are responsible for reviewing how it represents your business. We do not guarantee that every reply is accurate or suitable for every situation.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms or a connected platform's policies, or that poses a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ideal Dev SH.P.K. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders.
