Data Deletion Instructions

Clientora lets businesses connect their messaging channels (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber) so an AI assistant can reply to their customers. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

If you are a customer who messaged a business

Email ideal.racii@gmail.com from the request, including the channel (e.g. Messenger/Instagram/WhatsApp/Viber) and the business/page you contacted. We will delete the conversation messages and the channel identifier we hold for you within 30 days and confirm by email. (We may also forward your request to the business, which is the controller of that conversation.)

If you are a business using Clientora

  • Disconnect a channel in Settings → Channels — its encrypted credentials are removed immediately.
  • Delete content (knowledge items, documents, connected websites, conversations) from the dashboard at any time.
  • Delete the whole workspace — email ideal.racii@gmail.com and we will permanently remove the tenant and all associated data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Messages and conversations, knowledge-base entries and uploaded documents, connected-site data, channel identifiers, and encrypted channel credentials associated with the request.
